• Contact us to arrange for any returns.
• All Honda parts are non-returnable, as they are special ordered parts.
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• Parts must be able to be resold as brand new and in the original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt of the part(s)
• There will be a 15% return stocking fee for orders that are ordered in error, or the customer changes their mind.
• No parts under the cost of $20.00 are able to be returned. 
• Core returns need to be completed within 60 days of part delivery otherwise core charge will be forfeited. 

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time the order is processed. 
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
• Orders can only be cancelled within the first 48 hours of placing the order.
